Kieron George is the owner of Synrgy Solutions LLC.

Synrgy Solution specializes in Big-Picture-analysis that guides organizations to obtain their goals with maximum impact. Kieron has a magnetic presence, a positive attitude, and a passion for problem-solving and learning in real-time.

Kieron is Board President at Backyard Basecamp, Inc., a 501(c)3 that (Re)connecting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) to land and nature in Baltimore City. Backyard Basecamp provides culturally relevant environmental education on Bliss Meadows, where Backyard Basecamp stewards 10 acres of land in the Frankford neighborhood of Northeast Baltimore.

Kieron is inspired by his upbringing in Trinidad and Tobago and his family. He, his wife, and two young children are proud to now call Baltimore, Maryland, home.
