Femi Aje is a versatile, mission-driven business leader and facilities, construction, and property management entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience. His experience includes oversight of a diverse portfolio consisting of condominiums, homeowners’ associations, cooperatives, and new developments in Maryland and DC, ranging from a property size of 24 to 2,000 units. 

Femi also has more than 15 years of experience in executive management as a senior consultant for small and medium-sized businesses specializing in building and facilities management ranging from $200K to 50 million dollars in total assets reported annually. In 2006, Femi co-founded T&A Covenant Solutions, LLC, a Maryland property management and consulting firm. Femi professional licenses and designations include Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA); Association Manager Specialist (AMS); Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC), DC Licensed General Contractor/Construction Manager, and various others. As an active member of CAI (Community Associations Institute), Femi has completed and received certificates in the Essentials of Community Management, Community Governance, and Financial Management and has completed training in various fields such as service contracting, concrete and asphalt, electrical preventive maintenance, utility purchasing, applied fire protection, elevators, access control, and electronic security systems, water treatment, and epoxy pipe lining, among others.  

Inspired by the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, the country’s most devastating natural disaster ever, Femi formed and currently sits on the Board of GoTACS Global Outreach, Inc. (GTGO), the non-profit arm of T&A Covenant solutions. GTGO’s https://gtgoblog.wordpress.com/ mission is to provide resources to marginalized communities through strategic partnerships and innovative programs. GTGO strives to see a world where underserved communities are high functioning and self-sufficient. GTGO’s three main areas of focus: (1) social entrepreneurship, (2) science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM); and (3) health & wellness.

Before embarking on an entrepreneurial pathway in facilities management, Femi spent several years conducting extensive research at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Radiology in Baltimore, Maryland. Femi received his BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP), where he was a Division 1 Football Scholar-Athlete at the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP) and a State of Maryland Science and Technology Scholarship Award Recipient.
