A seasoned Events Manager with over 10 years of experience in operations and team management, Ciara Joseph specializes in organizing and executing large-scale events while optimizing processes for maximum efficiency. A mother of three and a dedicated PTO leader for three years, Ciara excels in team coordination and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every event exceeds expectations.

Since 2021, Ciara has been actively involved with enBloom, where she contributes her expertise in event planning and management. Most recently, she worked at FiscalNote as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, where she restructured commission plans and led the implementation of automated tools to enhance operational efficiency. Her background also includes roles at PepsiCo, where she managed key accounts and improved logistics for event success. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Ciara is skilled in data analysis and project management, making her an invaluable asset in any event planning scenario.

In her free time, Ciara loves to cook, work out, and embark on adventures to new places. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Temple University.
